Digital Camera Specks?
I just bought the Nikon Coolpix S220 digital camera today. It has 10 megapixels, 3X zoom, and a 2.5 inch LCD screen. When I take pictures and review them, there are little silver specks all over the pictures. I'm not sure what else to call them. Is this because of how many megapixels are in the camera? Or is it a defect? Should I return it?
Apparently the little silver specks are only on the camera itself...when I upload the photos I see no trace of them. However, all of my pictures are blurry or out of focus, even when I am not moving the camera. I went through the menu and there is no "anti-blur"....All the pictures tend to look like this:

right click your photos, find out the ISO. In general, images from compact cameras, have noise, and at high ISO, it can get really bad, especially from high pixel count, small sensor cameras.
In a camera like this, it starts to get bad at around ISO 400 to about 800, if your shots are higher than that, it's probably worse, and this is normal for compact digital cameras.
If you posted a pic, or a cropped photo to give us a zoom in image, that would help.
