i have an invention idea. can someone please give me some tips or if this is a good idea or bad? thank you....

picture this...
your walking out of a mall after you had a long long shop you look around you can't find your car. it is freezing outside and your bags are really heavy. where is it? where is it? than you look at your key chain it shows a blue dot representing you and a red dot representing your car you start walking tell you look up and you see your car. how did i do this? there is a transmitter inside your car and a transmitter as a keychain. this is also good so if a car gets stolen a person can immediatley find it... WHAT DO YOU THINK?
