Is it right for a company to advertise something for sale and send you something totally different?

I ordered a halloween costume from sexydelivered.com and the shipping was fast and everything, but the costume that was shipped to me was not the costume I wanted. The style number matched up with the costume I ordered, but the costume was not the same. It was a totally different style. I had emailed the company regarding the situation and they stopped responding after I showed them the pictures of the two costumes. I do not know what to do. I just want my money back. What actions can I take? How to handle the situation?

If you paid for it by charge, call your credit card company and tell them you want to dispute the transaction.
