Pandigital Novel- How do you use this thing? (10 pnts)?
So, I set up a BN account on the wifi at BN, and since I don't have a credit or debit card, I figured I'd use my Christmas gift cards to buy books. After I made my account, it said I can set up a Credit Card Account or use a desktop if I want to use a gift card. After searching for nearly an hour online and on the Help/User Guide on the PN, I still have NO idea how to even find out how to pay with my giftcard and have it show up on my Novel. I tried using the USB that came in the box, but all that did was take it into storage mode or something. Could someone give a tech-challenged teen a step-by-step guide to getting books with giftcards and how to put them on the device?

And QVC said that I was supposed to receive some free books, but I don't know how or where to get THOSE either. HELP.
I got mine from QVC also. What you do is click on the BandN tab. Then click update at the top right and then under date go down to local and it should have all of the books on there. Thats what I did, I forgot where I found in the info how to do it, but it worked for me and all my books are on there. I am still playing with it, but I just bought and downloaded my fist book. I downloaded the Nook app to my pc and then plugged the pandigital novel into the computer with my usb cord and then on the nook site, I found the book and added like that. Also, whatever you buy from B and N, you can go to browser and find it in your account and then scroll to bottom page and see erader downloads and download it that way. I was thinking this thing was going to be easier than it is, but I guess you have to play around with it. I'm still trying to set up my yahoo email on it and can't. Good Luck!
