How do I get a girlfriend if I'm ugly and I have no self confidence?

I'm 15 and I've never had a girlfriend, or been kissed yet. All of my friends have had loads, and some people in my school have already had sex multiple times. At school, girls don't even look at me, they just pretend I am invisible, a couple said I was ugly or unattractive in some way and I didn't even know them. My parents said that there is someone out there for me but I don't think its true. They also think that the reason behind all of this is because I don't have any self confidence in myself. Why does that matter even? Studies show most living things are only attracted to physical appearance...

So because you never been kissed or have a girlfriend that means your ugly? Doesn't make any sense. Well I never had a boyfriend or been kissed before, I'm 17 and a college student but still I was called beautiful and pretty because I have confidence in myself. Two years ago, I was called ugly multiple times by my classmates, family members, and even close friends. I heard it so much I began to believe I was ugly so I had no confidence what so ever. I would only focus on my flaws noticing acne scars, my five head lol, my large nose, my short hair etc. Then I began feeling confident, my hair grew longer lol (ok but that was caused by depression) and I get stared at by lots of men who give me compliments. So its like the girl who was called ugly from 5th grade to 11th grade is now getting flirted with.

But anyways, that is my story. I just wanted to tell you as I didn't want to seem like someone saying that you'll be fine and all of that stuff.
