How do I get my animation to look better on youtube?

I exported it as mpg4, but the sound doesn't work! I set the frame rate at 30, and have done 350x240 or whatever the youtube size is to no avail, I use magix movies2go, what settings to make it work on youtube?
I don't think there's a H264 option, what does that part mean?
Try exporting it at H.264 with a 640x480 resolution. As for the frames leave it as is and i know its over what the limit youtube is looking for but for some reason they still allow videos to be uploaded like this.
