I have 18 days to lose about 10-15 pounds. please help me!?
okay, so i am currently 18 years old, 5'7", and 116 pounds.
that sounds skinny and is underweight according to the body mass index, but i have a really small frame. i have very visible amounts of body fat when i dont have clothes on... most of this is in my lower abdomen, booty, and thighs. measurements: chest:34 inches, waist: 24-25 inches, hips: 36 inches....
i have 21% body fat...
anyway, i have somewhere to be in 18 days... where i wont be very covered up... please help me lose 10-15 pounds for this.
i dont mind unhealthy methods.
Ok well, i am on the same boat i have 3weeks to lose 20pounds.......So what i started to do 5days ago is the master cleanse diet...... i have lost 5pounds in 5days already...
The ingredients are:
2tbs of Grade B maple syrup (organic)
2tbs lemon
12ounces of spring water
pinch of cayanne pepper
Ok u have to drink six glasses of the above recipe.... so in other words for a whole day u need 60ounces of water, 12tbs of lemon, and 12tbs of grade b maple syrup combined together......
Anyway research it, ul get to decide if u wanna try it or not...... I watched a lot of ppl who did the master cleanse on youtube, most lost 10pounds in 10days..... nyway check that out too....
