Digital Picture Frame help- some pictures load some will not?
I recently purchased 2 different digital picture frames to give as a gift. I am testing them both to see which one to keep. However I am having a problem loading pictures. I have two sets of pictures I am trying to load- the first set are pictures taken with a Canon Powershot SD110- these pictures load fine both from the computer as well as through the SD card. The second set of pictures are picture which have been scanned with my scanner.- These pictures are in jpeg format and are within the sames size range (KB-MB) When right clicking the pictures and viewing properties everything is identical between the scanned pictures and those taken directly from the camera. The problem is occurring on both frames. Any assistance in figuring this out would be greatly appreciated.
The pictures are all of similar dimensions
with the scanned photos, check in photoshop for type of image format, rgb , cymk, or indexed, and try re-saving copy as rgb, same size and pixels, then try again with photo frame, jpg should work, but sometimes settings of format don't read correctly,
other possible errors,
file name size too large, keep short,
progressive jpeg has levels, use only standard one flattened,
view in browser to see how they load,
and check frame manual for other reasons and formats,
