Can I return a pack opened Digital Camera bought from Currys after about 15 DAYS?

The Problem is I opened the packet to check the camera and then packed it up again!
I bought the Sony DSC S980 from Currys on the 26 May 2009 for £99.99. I was quite impressed because of the high 12 MP and the fact that it is SONY!
However Today I took some pictures and most of them are bl;urry and the LCD quality is really bad. Even my 4 year old Olympus 6 MP SF680 takes better stabilized pictures.!!
What can i do now im really worried. I did not wanted to use it before my trip to Germany in the Summer Holidays but now i had to and i hated the results.

only if it is damages.

they will not take it back, because people buy them use them on holiday and then take them back, you have left it too long. most companies will only take returns of camera's if they have a defect.

try the diffrent settings on the camera, most newer camera's have so many features, that it ruins them, and you have to have the right one selected for the right conditions. try it in a brighter room, it should cut down on the blurry pictures.
